Refund Policy

At The Sister Edit, we want you to love every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

 

Returns

 

We accept returns for either a refund or a store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

 

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• Tags must still be attached

• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or odors

• Items must be in original, sellable condition

 

Once your return is approved and received, you’ll receive next steps via email.

 

 

Final Sale Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Bodysuits or intimates (for hygiene reasons)

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

To begin your return, email us at team@thesisteredit.shop with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

 

We’ll respond with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We offer free exchanges. Please email us at team@thesisteredit.shop with your order number, items you're exchanging, and items you're exchanging for. 

 

 

Refunds

 

We do issue refunds to the original form of payment. Please email us at team@thesisteredit.shop.

 

All approved returns are refunded back to original payment.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
